WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
Every Wednesday, our GameChangers are putting their theme into action
This year's KEDDFEST theme - "Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies, Healthy Spirits" - wasn't chosen by adults. It was chosen by the students themselves. They understand a powerful truth: to create lasting change in the world, they must first cultivate their own well-being. And they're not stopping there - they're committed to helping those around them do the same.
Each Wednesday, leading up to KEDDFEST 2026, the students are focusing on one element of wellness and sharing their journey with us! From mindfulness practices that strengthen mental clarity to physical activities that energize the body to moments of reflection that nourish the spirit, these young leaders are showing us what it means to walk the talk.
Check back every Wednesday to see what our GameChangers are up to and how they're building a foundation of wellness in their own lives and communities.
Because healthy young people create healthy communities. And healthy communities change the world!

Our Vision
A society where all races, creeds, income levels and gender identities have equal opportunities
and view the world with hope and endless possibility.
Get In the Game
Is The Start Of A Movement
We are empowering the next generation to be critical thinkers, champions of differences, and real-world change-makers.
We utilize trained facilitators and build safe club environments where young people (aged 13 and over) can discover how to harness their courage and explore the power in understanding race and differences.
Through a playbook of social-justice discussion prompts, activities and community-impact projects, young people strengthen their ability to recognize and change real-world inequities – in life, their community, and society.
